SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

I will be one of the first faces you meet each visit when you come into our office. I have worked in orthodontics for 14 years, and have been working with Dr. Glander since 2001. I live on the south side of Indianapolis with my husband, Stuart, and two daughters, Lillian and Chloe. We have baby #3 on the way, December, 2008. We are active members of Indian Creek Christian Church. I enjoy traveling and visiting family, which live all over the country.

Carolyn
SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

I grew up on the south side of Indianapolis, and am currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at IUPUI. After ten years of experience in the medical field, I took the opportunity to join Dr. Glander and his team. I will assist you in setting up your appointments in our office.

My personal interests are riding Harley’s, canoeing with my family, bonfires, cookouts, and family time with my husband and three children. Our family has also just added a new grandson, so I’m adding granny duties to my list of favorites.

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

I first started in orthodontics in 1977, my senior year in high school. I then went to college and received my degree in “Interior Design”. My husband, Jim and I have been busy raising our five children. I joined Dr. Glander in 2003 and enjoy working in his office. I like camping, water skiing, scrap booking, reading, and swimming. Some of my favorite things to do are getting to know people, socializing, and spending time with our grandkids, who bring us so much joy. I was born and raised in sunny Florida and visit family there yearly. God has been good to me.

Lynda
TREATMENT COORDINATOR

I have worked in the dental field, mainly orthodontics, for almost 30 years, which is hard to imagine since I am only 29. I joined Dr. Glander’s office six years ago. My job is to take care of you and your parents until the day you get your braces on. I’m here to answer any questions you have about treatment fees, insurance allowances, and contracts. Once you get your braces on, I will be on call for you.

I am married and have two children. My son, Klint, is 25 years old and is a graduate of Ball State University. He played for the tennis team, and majored in Communications. My daughter, Karly, is 23 years old and attends a college in Vermont. She is majoring in Anthropology and History. My husband, Karl, is an actuary for Symetra. We have been married for 26 wonderful years and are still adjusting to being “empty nesters”. A dog, Woody, and a “wild” cat named, Stella are important family members. We enjoy church activities at St. Jude and are very involved with St. Vincent De Paul, helping the needy. We also enjoy family gatherings, and spending time with our close friends.

CLINICAL TECHNICIAN

I joined Dr. Glander’s practice in 2002 and hope my knowledge and experience will put you at ease while I assist with your treatment in our clinic. My work over the past 20 years has been exclusively in orthodontics, though I have had the opportunity to work in all areas of the office during that time. Scheduling, paperwork, and handling purchasing for our clinic are among my duties, along with working in our clinic. I reside in Speedway with my husband of 18 years, Patrick, and our two children, Conor and Caulin. Our son, Matt just recently married his lovely bride, Jamie, and is currently serving in the United States Army as a Drill Sergeant. Our daughter, Merrick is currently attending IUPUI, majoring in Interior Design. We are members of Lakeview church and enjoy spending time with our friends and family.

CLINICAL TECHNICIAN

I have worked in orthodontics for over ten years, and made Glander Orthodontics my new home in 2004. I assist Dr. Glander with your treatment in our clinic. Driving from North Salem, where I reside with my husband and three children, Josh, Cody, and Amber is quite a distance, but I enjoy working with our patients. Our Cocker Spaniel, Mya is also an important part of our family. We enjoy camping, canoeing, fishing, and cooking.

CLINICAL TECHNICIAN

I have enjoyed working with Doc since 2000. I absolutely love my job and my fellow “GO Girls”, (Glander Orthodontic Girls). Working with cleft lip and palate patients is one of my passions. I started with Dr. Karl Glander as a cleft patient when I was six years old, and have been a part of this office either as a patient or employee ever since. My other loves of my life are my son, Chase and my dog, Madyson. We attend Indian Creek Christian Church.

CLINICAL TECHNICIAN

I’m one of the newest members of the team. I joined Glander Orthodontics at the beginning of 2007. I’ve been made to feel welcome and have been taught a great deal about orthodontics. Helping you get the smile you want makes me smile! My dog, Johnny, is my baby. Since my husband, Brent and I are not yet blessed with children of our own, we love spending time with our nieces and nephews.

CLINICAL TECHNICIAN

I’m an “oldie but goodie” and have worked for Dr. Karl Glander for 20 years. I live in Carmel with my husband, Bill, and son, Doogie. My free time consists of baking, gardening, exercising, junking, rooting on the Carmel Greyhounds, and refurbishing antiques.

Heather
INSURANCE COORDINATOR

I joined Dr. Glander’s team in 2003 and have worked in the orthodontic field for almost 10 years. I have experience in every position except for the doctor! Currently, you can find me hidden in my office dealing with the wonderful world of insurance and finances. My goal is to keep track of and collect your full orthodontic benefit and to make your life easier by not having to deal with your insurance company. I promise to help or answer any questions that you may have.

I reside in New Palestine with my fiancé, Mike. We have five children between the two of us, Tori, Lauren, Landis, Kinsey & Casey. They all keep us busy with sports and friends. Bristol, Talli, and Tink are our three dogs. Outside of work, I enjoy camping and traveling to NASCAR races. My favorite track is Bristol and Matt Kenseth #17 is my favorite driver. I hope to help make your experience with Glander Orthodontics a great one!
